Meet our new DT member

Hello, and happy Saturday :) Hope your crafting month is going well. Today I would like to introduce our newest Design Team member - Angela.

My name is Angela Deasy, originally from Dublin but I have recently returned to Ireland having lived in the UK and Germany for the past 25 years. I got into cardmaking when I couldn't find suitable cards for English speaking family and friends whilst living in Germany. It started with a few birthday cards that I could make with a stash that fit in a shoebox, to a full blown obsession that takes up a room.
I have a very understanding husband Patrick and my son Ian and daughter-in law Sabrina also support this madness!

From cards I graduated to scrapbooking and then when I taught myself to use the Photoshop program on the home PC I went digital. My happy place is my craft room, stamping, cutting, inking and folding. I love learning new techniques and sharing creative ideas with crafty friends. You can check out my blog here.

If you would like to join in our challenge, something for Easter or Spring please click here.

Please pop back next week, when we will be showcasing an Easter project!

Happy Crafting,
Michelle and Eithne

Hi my name is Marleen and I come from Denmark. Im married to my best friend and ever supporting husband, Kevin. We have 3 children and live in Ireland in Kevins hometown in Co. Donegal.
I've been crafting ever since our eldest was born. Being a stay-at-home mum, I needed something to keep me entertained when Emma was sleeping. I started by making cards but after our son Michael was born 2 years later and a toddlerhood in and out of hospital, I started doing scrapbooking.

Since then we added our little ray of sunshine to the mix, Abbie now 3. All our chidren love crafting and we spend many hours crafting together.

I am and has been very lucky to be on several Design teams over the last few years. Im also very lucky to be invited to do craft demonstrations as well as evening classes fro my local craft shop. Its my dream to be a full time demo/teacher when our babies gets a bit older.

If you wish to see more of my crafty work, why not visit my blog or why not pop by my FB page.
